Transparent: the guest pays AzureStay nothing, and the owner pays a commission only when a booking happens.
For guests — no markup
- ✓Booking through AzureStay costs you the same as contacting the owner directly — no margin, no hidden fees.
- ✓You pay the deposit and the stay directly to the owner, at the price shown on the profile. AzureStay does not process online payments.
- ✓Deposit terms depend on the property and are stated clearly before you send an inquiry.
For owners — commission on results
- ✓No subscription and no listing fee — you pay only the agreed commission per realized booking.
- ✓The money goes directly to you; we calculate the commission transparently per the agreed model.
- ✓The exact percentage and payout terms are agreed when your property is onboarded — reach us via the contact page.
