Nature of the service

AzureStay connects guests with accommodation owners and their listings. AzureStay is not an accommodation provider, a travel agency or a tour operator — the accommodation service is provided solely by the owner you book with. An inquiry sent through the platform is a request that the owner confirms; the accommodation contract is concluded between the guest and the owner, and the deposit is paid directly to the owner (the platform does not process online payments).
