Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Booking-inquiry data: name, email, phone, chosen property and dates, number of guests, message.
  • Account data (owners): login credentials and property profile data.
  • Reviews: content you publish yourself.
  • Technical data: minimal logs and cookies necessary for operation (see Cookie Policy).
  • Booking intermediation (forwarding the inquiry to the property owner, email notifications) — performance of a contract / steps at your request.
  • Security and abuse preventionlegitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations (e.g. accounting) — legal obligation.
  • Newsletter (if you subscribe) — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Data sharing

We forward inquiry data to the owner of the property you chose, to process the reservation. We use processors (e.g. hosting, email delivery). We do not sell personal data. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is made only with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and statutory periods, after which we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdrawal of consent. Send requests to [privacy@azurestay.example]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ([data-protection authority]).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted sessions, access control). No system is absolutely secure.
