Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-07-03

Note: This is a working framework. A legal review and the legal-entity details (see Imprint) are required before launch.

1. What this is

AzureStay is an online platform connecting guests (users) with accommodation owners (apartments, villas, flats) in Greece. By using the platform you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. AzureStay’s role

AzureStay is an intermediary/marketplace, not an accommodation provider, travel agency or tour operator. We do not provide the accommodation service, we do not own the properties, and we are not a party to the accommodation contract. The accommodation contract is concluded directly between the guest and the owner. AzureStay does not guarantee the condition of a property or the performance of the agreement between guest and owner.

3. Accounts and accuracy

Owners maintain their own property profiles (description, pricing, availability calendar) and undertake to keep the data accurate. Guests undertake to provide accurate details when sending a booking inquiry.

4. Reservations

Sending an inquiry is a request, not a final confirmation. The owner confirms or declines the request. Dates are reserved only once the owner confirms and, as a rule, once the guest pays the agreed deposit directly to the owner. See also the Cancellation Policy.

5. Prices and payment

The guest pays the owner directly, at the price shown on the profile — with no markup from AzureStay. AzureStay does not process online payments: the deposit is paid directly to the owner, and the balance as agreed (most often on arrival). The intermediation commission is paid by the owner, not the guest (see Pricing & commission). The deposit amount and payment terms are defined per property.

6. Reviews

Reviews marked “Verified booking” come from guests with a confirmed reservation. False, abusive or misleading content is prohibited. AzureStay may remove content that breaches the rules (see How we vet).

7. Acceptable use

Prohibited: abusing the platform, circumventing security measures, automated data collection (scraping) without permission, and posting unlawful content. Owners are responsible for letting their property in compliance with applicable Greek regulations (rental registration/licence, tax obligations).

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AzureStay is not liable for damage arising from the guest–owner relationship, nor for the accuracy of content published by owners. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes and governing law

Terms may change; we announce material changes. Governing law is that of [COUNTRY], with jurisdiction of the courts in [CITY]. For disputes see the Imprint.
