How AzureStay works
Book stays in Greece with no middlemen — find an apartment, villa or flat, send an inquiry, the owner confirms, and you pay the deposit and the stay directly to the owner. Same price as booking direct.
Step by step
- 1 Find a stay
Search by region and property type, compare nightly prices, amenities, gallery and beach distance.
- 2 Check dates & send an inquiry
See open dates on the calendar and send an inquiry in a few clicks — no obligation, no charge.
- 3 The owner confirms
They reply with a confirmation and details; “Typically responds in ~Xh” shows how fast.
- 4 Pay the deposit directly to the owner
The date is usually confirmed with a deposit, per the terms on the profile. AzureStay does not process online payments — the money goes straight to the owner.
- 5 Arrive and leave a review
You settle the rest as agreed with the owner. After the stay you get a link for a “Verified booking” review that helps other guests.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay AzureStay?
No. You pay the owner directly, at the same price as booking direct. The owner pays the commission, never you.
How do I pay the deposit?
Directly to the owner, in a way you both agree on (payment, bank transfer). Whether a deposit is required and how much is stated clearly on the profile before you send an inquiry.
How do I know a stay is trustworthy?
The “Verified” badge has a concrete basis — verified ownership documents or an in-person visit by our team — and reviews marked “Verified booking” come only from guests with a confirmed reservation.
What if the owner doesn’t reply?
The profile shows the typical response time. If an inquiry waits too long we nudge the owner — and you can always inquire about another stay.
What do I need for the trip to Greece?
Valid travel documents and a route plan — practical tips on documents, tolls and seasons are in our guide.
