How we vet stays

On AzureStay every property is reviewed by a human before it goes live (the owner submits, an admin approves). The "Verified" badge is shown only when there is a concrete basis behind it.

Basis of the "Verified" badge

A property earns the badge if (a) its ownership documents / rental licence were verified (EOT/AMA registration on file), or (b) the AzureStay team visited it in person. The specific basis is shown in the badge tooltip.

Verified reviews

Reviews marked "Verified booking" come only from guests with a confirmed reservation — via a single-use link we send after the stay. These reviews are shown first.

Reporting content

If you spot an inaccurate or inappropriate review, click "Report" next to it — our team reviews every report.

Booking and payment without risk

An inquiry is a request, not a charge — you pay nothing until the owner confirms the dates. You pay the owner directly, at the price on the profile; AzureStay does not process online payments and charges you nothing. Deposit terms are transparent before you send an inquiry.

Safe communication and support

If something does not go as agreed, contact us — we help with communication between the guest and the owner. Listings and photos on the platform must match the real state of the property.
